Meditation has been scientifically proven to affect the mind, body and soul. Its benefits include managing stress, being more creative and mindful, building better and harmonious relationships, protecting the heart, slowing down aging, to name but a few.
A CDNIS alumni parent, Sharon Leng, healing therapist and health educator, will hold a weekly meditation practice at school (one-hour session) every Friday from 8:10 am to 9:10 am, starting after Easter break, as follows:
Friday 21 April, Friday 28 April, Friday 5 May, Friday 12 May,
Friday 19 May, Friday 26 May & Friday 2 June
