This Friday 24 March,  10:00am > 1:30pm, please come have fun with the DIY simple, yet nutritious and tasty foods for your family such as:

– oil-free Salad Dressings rich in omega-3 fatty acids from nuts and seeds

– rich and delicious Desserts without added sugar

– baked French fries that are tasty without the bad fats

– amazing Whole grain dishes rich in fiber, B-vitamins and minerals
