Healthy Eating for Kids – why and how?
Part 1 & 2  (March 17 & 25 Fridays)

Having our children to start eating well at a young age will have a positive impact on them in the future, affecting physical and mental health, weight, and need for medical treatments.

The proud mother of two CDNIS graduates Sharon Leng, who is a practicing Healing Therapist and Diet & Lifestyle Counselor, will share with you some important and practical nutrition guidelines for kids in Part 1, then we will share the fun and inspiration of the hands-on Part 2.

Part 1:
Where: CDNIS, Library Pit
When:  Friday 17 March from 11:00am to 12:30 pm

Part 2:
Where: At Lucia’s home, Repulse Bay Rd. 21
When:  Friday 24 March, from 10:00 to 14:00
