Are you interested in helping our school community be involved in more charitable and environmentally friendly projects?
If so, then we would love for you to join our CISPA Outreach Committee. Our team has the fortune of being able to help fund initiatives led by students and teachers that have a charitable and service oriented or environmentally conscious element.
Each project is considered on its merits by the Committee and, in previous years, has included CAS week initiatives in South East Asia to raise money to fund projects/needs within the Seuang River communities. Last year the Committee also helped fund R.E.S.P.E.C.T. (the Refugee Educational Support Program- Everyone Can Teach!). This was a student-founded and student-led club whose goal is to provide primary school refugee children in Hong Kong with learning support from 25 tutors, all of whom are our Upper School students, every Saturday.
This is a fantastic way to help our children and school community continue to work with those areas of their community that need help.
Meetings will be held on a bi-monthly basis, or more regularly if there is need.
Please contact Amy Ng (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Clare Arnold (email@example.com) if you are keen to join.
