What a better way to motivate children to speak mandarin then to take them into a mandarin speaking environment ? There are some incredible daily and weekend excursions right from your doorstep.
Shenzhen: See almost all Chinese tourist attractions in one day, China´s leading marine park with an 8 m shark, 10 000 animals in a safari park, China´s largest future park, dinosaurs and rain forests, a children´s activity palace or a museum in an old carrier – Shenzhen has such a host of fantastic attractions. We have listed 18 suggestions for some great excursions click here.
Safari Park in Guangzhou: Take a 2.5 h journey to Guangzhou by ferry/train or rent a driver and you can enjoy a fun Chime Long Safari Park with a zoo and an amazing evening circus show! The best option is to stay at the Chime Long Hotel which is in the park. If the park is not too crowded you can rent little golf carts and drive through the safari park at your own speed. There is also an amazing water and Theme park with the Guinness world record winner 10 loops roller coaster.
