Domestic Helpers and Drivers at School

Parents are reminded that Domestic Helpers and Drivers are welcome at school under the following conditions:

  • to accompany students to school in the morning prior to 8am.
  • to accompany students home after school from 2:15pm-2:45pm
  • to accompany and assist Pre Reception/Reception students for swimming classes during the school day. (Visitor’s Badge required)
  • to accompany students home after ECAs/Swimming from 4pm-5:20pm. (Visitor’s Badge required)

Domestic Helpers and Drivers are not permitted to remain at or wait in the school during the school day.  After school, Helpers may wait in the 6/F Cafeteria only while students attend an ECA or Swimming lesson. If making a delivery or assisting during school hours, the Helper or Driver must leave the school immediately afterwards. Helpers or Drivers should not be at the school at any times other than when necessary.

As the school has grown, the number of visitors has increased so measures of this nature are necessary to ensure safety and security.  The Administration appreciates your assistance and cooperation.

Pre Reception and Reception Class (am Section)            8am to 10:45am

Pre Reception and Reception Class (pm Section)           11:40am to 2:30pm

Prep to Grade 12 Classes                                                           8am to 2:30pm

Early Dismissal Days                                                                   Dismissal 10:50am, buses depart 11am

 

General Administration Office (9/F)                                 7:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday

General Administration Office Summer Hours                 8:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday

There is effectively no parking at the school. We recommend taxis or public transport.  Buses are:

 

Citybus No. 71      from Central Pier via Pokfulam to Wong Chuk Hang

Citybus No. 75 from Exchange Square to Wong Chuk Hang
Citybus No. 95B from South Horizons via Lei Tung Estate to Wong Chuk Hang
Citybus No. 48 From Wah Fu Estate to Wong Chuk Hang
Cross Harbour Bus No. 107 From Kowloon Bay via Wah Kwai to Wong Chuk Hang

 

These buses stop at the Wong Chuk Hang bus terminus. The school is a short walk (about 10 minutes) up the hill along Nam Long Shan Road.
