Week one proper of school is done woohoo! Hopefully everyone is settling into the routine of getting up early and hustling to make the school bus in time. It’s only been one week but it feels like it’s been a busy week for CISPA.
We started out with a delivery of calendars, putting them in the teacher mailboxes so they can make their way to you (and please note, CISPA only prints calendars using certified FSC printers and paper). All families should have one by now, and we hope you find them useful. Sometimes dates change after printing, so we’ll do our best to let you know if anything like that happen.
CISPA volunteers have been meeting new parents at the Upper School New Students & Parent Orientation, and the Lower School Open House, guiding them to their classrooms and giving advice.
And most recently CISPA volunteers were at the Survival 101 Bootcamp for New Parents on Friday, meeting and mingling.
I hope everyone that is new to school feels truly welcomed 🙂 and don’t forget that Lucia has many great events planned to carry that warm and fuzzy feeling through the next month and beyond! If you didn’t catch a copy of the events being planned, click here for an overview.
